I'm Back!

I'm back from CHA and boy did I have a wonderful time! I did make and takes for Paper House Productions, which I always enjoy! I got to hang out with my Unity Stamp Co. family, and I got to hang out with Prima and my Prima Donna sisters! The weather was beautiful to me, but not to the native Californians. Yesterday I flew home from 65 degree weather into a snow storm! It's so bad here that they cancelled school for 2 days, so I get to play around at home scrapping!  I forgot my camera(duh!), so when some of the folks I was with post their pictures, I'll steal them to show here!(LOL!)

Here are two layouts I did using Scrap-Tastic's February Love Is You kit along with Unity Stamp Co.'s January kit of the month , Smoochy Lips, and their Growing In Unity kit.  Tons of goodies in the S-T kit too! This first layout features my son and the second one features my little cousin.

Hip Hop!!

Happy Hip Hop Thursday everyone and what a great one it is! If you didn't know, Unity Stamp Co. has some beautiful new stamp releases today that are a must! Absolutely fabulous sets being released! To see them, go HERE!

Okay, today I've made a layout featuring ME! I love this layout because it's also using my favorite color of all time purple! I even had a purple (my mom would only let me have a pale lilac!) bedroom when I was a little girl!

I wish I were in Washington D.C. to be a part of the MLK/Inauguration celebrations that are taking place! It's just such an exciting time in the United States' history!

Alright, I've started working on some Valentine's Day things and here is a card I made using a cutting file from The Cutting Cafe. Let me tell you that Regina is a genious  and you need to get on over there to get some of her very affordable cutting files!

Color Challenge

My Last Day

Well, today is the last day of my Christmas vacation and I'm so sad! I love my job, but I so love staying home cooking and scrapping all day! If only I had married for money!(LOL!)

Okay, here's my layout I did today using the January kit at Scrap-Tastic and my beloved Unity Stamps and Prima flowers. It features me and my son. I always look like my eyes are closed in photos. What's up with that?(LOL!)

 

Alright, I'm going to Sonic to get my favorite drink, a huge diet Cherry-Limeade cause I need cheering up! Take care and Be Blessed!

Divine in 2009!

I hope everyone is feeling great at the beginning of this 2009 year! I don't know about you, but I'm glad to see 2008 go! Don't get me wrong! I love all of my old friends and will forever cherish every memory of my life, but I'm looking forward to new experiences, new friends, and new beginnings! I really don't do resolutions, but I do create mottos each year.  Here's my new one: Feeling divine in 2009!(LOL!)
