What a great project! Soooooo cute!

I went to The Cutting Cafe to see the template and they had a cute project as a sample. Does the template come with instructions - and does it come as a printed paper - or just a blank template to use with your own patterned paper? I couldn't see a small sample of what the template looked like and it mentioned two different templates included so I'm a bit confused. (as usual! lol)
