I was looking for something to eat that would be satisfying, but not too costly with my Weight Watcher's points, sooooo this is what I came up with...my Bacon Caesar Salad! And let me tell you that not only is it delicious, but it's huge and only 8 points so eat up!!
3 slices of Bacon
2 eggs
6 sliced Black Olives
About 10 Croutons
Reduced Calorie Caesar Salad Dressing
Directions: (serves 2-3)
Boil eggs for 20 minutes while you cook bacon (I do mine in the oven on 400) and drain oil. Pat dry on paper towels. Wash lettuce and let it dry on paper towels. Cut lettuce and put in a large bowl. Spraringly dress your lettuce in bowl before adding your other ingredients. This way you use less. Now, add your eggs, bacon, olives, and croutons. Finish with salt and pepper and enjoy!
